論文結論:牛樟芝萃取液(EAC)與治療肝癌用藥(sorafenib)合併處理時,顯著抑制Huh-7和HepG2的生長,有抑制MAPK家族及細胞週期相關蛋白的表達、抑制增殖能力和降低遷移相關蛋白的表現量。而且EAC能增強Sorafenib誘導細胞死亡能力、增加肝癌細胞對sorafenib的敏感度及抑制肝癌細胞的遷移能力,因此依照結果建議在肝癌治療中若合併用藥時可以降低Sorafenib的使用量

論文結論:從固態培養的牛樟芝(Antrodia cinnamomea)菌絲體中分離出十三個化合物,其中十個為泛醌類(ubiquinones)化合物:antrocamol LT1 (1)、antrocamol LT2 (2)、antrocamol LT3 (3)、4-acetylantrocamol LT3 (4)、antroquinonol (5)、4-acetylantroquinonol (6)、antroquinonol B (7)、4-acetylantroquinonol B (8)、quinone Q3 (9)、antrocinnamone (10),兩個為苯類(benzenoids)化合物:4,7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1,3-benzodioxole (11)、2,4-dimethoxy-6-methyl-benzene-1,3-diol (12),ㄧ個為丁烯二酸類(maleic acid)化合物:antrodin A (13)。泛醌類化合物(特別是具有4-hydroxy-cyclohex-2-enone及侧鏈具羥基的化合物)對於癌細胞的毒殺效果較佳。另外,4-acetylantrocamol LT3 (4)對HepG2肝癌細胞之細胞週期 sub G1期阻滯,可能會導致細胞凋亡。

論文結論:皿培牛樟芝確可得到相當量的三萜類;多醣體含量是自製培養基之紅白牛樟均高於市售培養基;總多酚類含量與抗氧化力為皿培牛樟芝高於椴木白牛樟。另外研究發現皿培培養基添加重要元素P1可增加牛樟芝指標成份如Antcin A、B、H、DeSA和DeEA等含量。另外抗肝癌細胞試驗顯示牛樟芝有不錯抑癌效果。

論文名稱:一般研磨及奈米研磨牛樟芝子實體促進 HT-29 人類結直腸癌細胞凋亡作用之比較

論文結論:奈米研磨牛樟芝子實體 (Nanonized Antrodia cinnamomea fruiting body, NACFB)對大腸直腸癌 ( human colon adenocarcinoma cells, HT-29)細胞的毒殺作用具專一性且其 IC50 顯著低於一般研磨牛樟芝子實體 (Ground Antrodia cinnamomea fruiting body, GACFB)。NACFB 較 GACFB 更能增加 HT-29 細胞在 subG1、G1 與 S phase 的比例 (8.8、11.8 及 25.5%),並降低 G2/M phase 18.3%。NACFB 組較 GACFB 組顯著降低在抗細胞凋亡蛋白質 (B cell lymphoma 2) 中;顯著增加在 caspase-3 (cysteinyl aspartate-spesific protease-3) 及 caspase-9 (cysteinyl aspartate-spesific protease-9) 蛋白質。綜合以上,NACFB 較 GACFB 對 HT-29 細胞具有更佳的抑制分裂及促凋亡功效。

DMF may play a role in preventing oxidative damage in living systems by up-regulating hepatic GSH-dependent enzymes to preserve the normal GSH/GSSH ratio and scavenging free radicals formed during CCl(4) metabolism.

論文結論:Extracts from cultured mycelia of Antrodia camphorata display anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting ROS production in human leukocytes at a pharmacologically applicable concentration. The biological activities of these extracts were further promoted when the culture medium was replaced with water-soluble fractions isolated from the wood of Cinnamomum micranthum (CM), Cinnamomum osmophloeum (CO) or Cinnamomum kotoense (CKO). And identified two lanostane-type compounds,  dehydrosulfurenic acid and 15alpha-acetyl-dehydrosulfurenic acid, which could be involved in the anti-inflammatory actions of these extracts.
