論文結論:A method for concentrating the antiproliferative active triterpenoid-rich fraction (FEA), from ethanolic extract of AC (EEAC). Eight ergostanes and two lanostanes were characterised by high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detection/mass spectrometry (HPLC-PDA/MS).Eight ergostanes and their pair mixture forms (antcin K, antcin C, zhankuic acid C, and zhankuic acid A) were subjected to anti-proliferative assay against three human leukemia cell lines (CCRF-CEM, Molt 4 and HL 60).

And significantly reduced liver inflammation and serum oxidative stress in vivo.

論文結論:Antrodia camphorata-fermented product cultured in Deep ocean water (DOW-AC) prevented from thioacetamide (TAA)-induced weight loss and had more effect on inhibiting lipid peroxidation, reactive oxygen species, iNOS, and TNF-α expression. DOW-AC increased the production of Antrodia camphorata-fermented functional metabolites (triterpenoids, polysaccharides, flavonoids, and polyphenols) and had more potent effect on protection against TAA-induced liver damage and fibrosis.

Ethyl lucidenate A, 15-O-acetylganolucidate A, 11α-hydroxy-3,7-dioxolanost-8,24(E)-dien-26- oic acid, 3,7,11-trioxo-5α-lanosta-8,24(E)-dien-26-oic acid, methyl 3,7,11,12,15,23-hexaoxo-5α-lanost-8-en-26-oate, and ethyl 3,7,11,12,15,23-hexaoxo-5α-lanost-8-en-26-oate significantly suppressed the NO concentration in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 cells.
