論文結論:The monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides varied between different mushrooms, and glucose was the predominant monosaccharide, followed by galactose and mannose. Polysaccharides of Antrodia cinnamomea (AC-P) and Grifola frondosa (GF-P) contained the highest amount of (1,3;1,6)-β-D-glucans. These polysaccharides showed inhibitory potency on NO production in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
