論文結論:The active fraction HS7 from n-hexane extract of Taiwanofungus camphoratus exerts multi-targeting activity on the suppression of AKT-mTOR, ERK and STAT3 pathways and induction of p15, p21 and p27 in EGFR wild-type NSCLC cells. This is suggests its potential as an alternative medicine for the treatment of EGFR TKIs resistant NSCLC.

論文結論:牛樟芝子實體分離物ME能夠顯著抑制LPS誘發之細胞內自由基、一氧化氮( nitric oxide, NO)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2, PGE2)與細胞激素(cytokines)產生,且能夠降低一氧化氮合成酶(inducible nitric oxide, iNOS)與第二型環氧酵素(cyclooxygenase 2, COX-2)之蛋白質表現量。且能透過抑制NF-κB和MAPK的訊息傳遞路徑降低發炎反應(ME能夠減少NF-κB反應路徑中IKK磷酸化、IκB裂解與NF-κB進入細胞。並能夠減少MAPK反應路徑中ERK、p38與JNK磷酸化)

論文結論:By-1 was obtained from submerged cultures of Taiwanofungus camphoratus. By-1 could dramatically inhibit the viability of A549 cells in vitro. Proliferation rates of A549 cells were significantly inhibited. Increased the number of cells in the G0/G1 phases of the cell cycle. And induce A549 cells apoptosis, and this apoptosis was related to the release of reactive oxygen species (ROS).

論文結論:4-acetylantroquinonol B (4AAQB) is isolated from the mycelium of Antrodia cinnamomea. 4AAQB exhibits anti-inflammatory effects inhibit tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)/interleukin-6 (IL-6) releasing and LPS-stimulated phagocytes migration without affect cell growth. The MAPK kinase molecules phosphorylation in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophage including ERK, JNK and p38 was inhibited by 4AAQB. The phosphorylation of NFκB subunit p65 and IkBα were also decreased after 4AAQB treatment.

論文名稱:評估皿培牛樟芝子實體抑制肝癌細胞及以D-氨基半乳糖誘發肝細胞損傷保護之效果

論文結論:牛樟芝皿培子實體的酒精初萃物能夠有效抑制HepG2及HA59T兩個肝癌細胞的增生及降低其存活率,並且使肝癌細胞的細胞週期停滯於G2/M期,同時也抑制肝癌細胞遷移及侵潤等腫瘤細胞的癌化特性。此外,我們給與初代培養的大鼠肝細胞及肝細胞株(Clone 9) D-氨基半乳糖(D-galactosamine)來模擬肝細胞功能的損傷,結果發現給與D-氨基半乳糖降低了肝細胞製造白蛋白(在基因及蛋白質層級)、合成尿素及表現解毒酵素細胞色素的能力,而投與本初萃物能有效逆轉因D-氨基半乳糖所造成的肝細胞功能損傷。

論文結論:A sulfated polysaccharide of Antrodia cinnamomea (SPS) has been identified as a novel immunomodulatory agent. SPS inhibits the growth of A549 and LLC1 lung cancer cells via the induction of cell cycle arrest and activation of caspase 3 and PARP.SPS suppresses TGFβ-induced intracellular signaling events, including phosphorylation of Smad2/3, FAK, Akt, and cell migration.

論文結論:The first report to large-scale produce Sulfated polysaccharides (SPSs) that isolated from Antrodia cinnamomea. And demonstrates sulfated galactoglucan with strong anti-inflammatory activity. It showed maximal inhibition of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin-1beta (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) on bacterial LPS-induced inflammation in RAW264.7 macrophage.

論文結論:A sulfated polysaccharides 1,4-β-d-galactoglucan (B86-III) with 1,6-branches was isolated and identified from Antrodia cinnamomea. B86-III inhibited the viability of H1975 lung cancer cells via cell apoptosis, including the activation of caspase 3 and PARP. Also downregulated TGFR I protein levels and inhibited FAK phosphorylation, resulting in inhibition of Slug expression and migration.

論文名稱:一般研磨及奈米研磨牛樟芝子實體促進 HT-29 人類結直腸癌細胞凋亡作用之比較

論文結論:奈米研磨牛樟芝子實體 (Nanonized Antrodia cinnamomea fruiting body, NACFB)對大腸直腸癌 ( human colon adenocarcinoma cells, HT-29)細胞的毒殺作用具專一性且其 IC50 顯著低於一般研磨牛樟芝子實體 (Ground Antrodia cinnamomea fruiting body, GACFB)。NACFB 較 GACFB 更能增加 HT-29 細胞在 subG1、G1 與 S phase 的比例 (8.8、11.8 及 25.5%),並降低 G2/M phase 18.3%。NACFB 組較 GACFB 組顯著降低在抗細胞凋亡蛋白質 (B cell lymphoma 2) 中;顯著增加在 caspase-3 (cysteinyl aspartate-spesific protease-3) 及 caspase-9 (cysteinyl aspartate-spesific protease-9) 蛋白質。綜合以上,NACFB 較 GACFB 對 HT-29 細胞具有更佳的抑制分裂及促凋亡功效。
