論文結論:Two oligosaccharide products were prepared from Antrodia cinnamomea (AC) polysaccharides at 90 °C (ACHO) or 25 °C (ACCO), which displayed inhibitory effects on LPS-induced mRNA expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-6, IL-8, IL-1β, TNF-α and MCP-1 in macrophage cells in mice. The potential anti-inflammatory molecular mechanism may be associated with the promotion of protein O-GlcNAcylation, which further skewed toward the marked suppression of p38 and Akt phosphorylation.

These natural modulators employ different mechanisms to inhibit endosomal TLR activation and are administered via different routes.

論文結論:CCM111, the water extract of Antrodia cinnamomea, significantly inhibited the IL-6-stimulated STAT3 pathway and the LPS-stimulated NF-κB pathway in macrophages. Also decreased the phosphorylation of STAT3, Tyk2 and the nuclear translocation of p65. Moreover, CCM111 and F4, a fraction of CCM111, down-regulated nitric oxide (NO) production, the protein levels of iNOS and COX-2, and inflammatory cytokines in macrophage cells.

In AC-treated A7r5 cells, improved CSE-induced morphological aberrations and cell death, upregulated SOD and catalase expressions. Suppressed ROS levels and inhibition of CSE-induced DNA damage and apoptosis.

Antcin K and antcin B are the major hepatoprotective compounds of Antrodia camphorata, and the mechanism is related with anti-inflammation. Given its high natural abundance and good oral absorption, antcin K could be a promising drug candidate for liver injury.

Which consisted of →1,3)-linked-β-D-Glcp-(6→, →3)-linked-β-D-Glcp-(1→, and →6)-linked-α-D-Galp-(1→, with terminal β-D-Glcp and β-D-Galp. And ACP1 was very likely to alleviate oxidation and inflammation.
